SPARKS FLYING
CHAPTER ONE
POISONED
On the planet Alcrone was a built up city but there was no one around in the streets, the streets were completely empty as though everyone had just disappeared.
Ashes were lying on the ground in one place as though it was someone's ashes. A young woman was kneeling on the floor in front of them with tears in her eyes.
"I know it was you that was killed Ventrix and I know that Spa was responsible for your murder. Do not worry yourself I shall see that Spa pays for this" the woman insisted.
"Oh really and what are you going to do about it exactly?" a fierce voice called from near by.
The woman gasped and looked up. A tall looking woman was now standing close by, she was dressed in a pink and navy suit, she had long bright pink hair and carried a long magical sceptre with her.
"I will kill you for this Spa" the woman insisted.
"Come on then if you're so sure that I killed him why not get up and do some action rather than just talking" Spa said.
The woman got to her feet, she picked up a stick from near by and charged at Spa with the stick but Spa blocked the blow with her stick.
Spa swung her sceptre at the woman's head but the woman ducked the blow.
The woman took another swing at Spa but Spa blocked it and then poked her in the stomach with the end of her sceptre.
The woman cried out in pain and bent forward toward the ground.
"I will get you for this Spa" the woman threatened.
The sound of rushing feet came from close by, the woman gasped but Spa just remained on the spot.
"Get the Alcronians" a male voice shouted.
A group of rangers dressed in black uniforms came running into the area with their lasers drawn and were preparing to fire when the woman that Spa had been fighting ran off. The rangers went chasing after the woman but Spa remained behind, the rangers left her and just chased the woman.
"You're so predictable, may you rest in peace" Spa thought out loud.

Elsa had been teleported down on to the planet but she was exploring alone in a field near to an old building that looked like it hadn't been used in years. As she was nosing round the old building screaming came from close by.
Elsa looked round to see what was going off.
The woman that had fled the rangers ran into the field screaming in terror with the rangers chasing after her.
The rangers fired at her but several of the shots missed but when one did finally hit the woman exploded as though it was a bomb.
Elsa gasped in fright when she saw what had happened but her gasp alerted the rangers that there was someone out there.
"There's another one, kill her" one of the rangers ordered.
Elsa ran out from behind the building and ran across the field as fast as she could. The rangers chased after her firing their guns that seemed to be firing sparks. She could hear all the fire power behind her, it was terrifying, she knew eventually one would hit. She wasn't going to get out of that park alive and she knew it.
One of the hits from the guns eventually hit her in the arm, of whcih she screamed out in pain, she'd never been hit so hard before it had burned through her skin. She continued running all the same but she began to get tired and dizzy almost as if she'd been shot with poison. She came close to leaving the field when a shot hit her in the leg. Now she could hardly run and she began to get even more tired and dizzy. She wa sure then that she'd been hit with poison. Just before she managed to get through the park gate another hit got her in the back.
Elsa managed to close the wooden gate to the park and dropped to the floor. She could hear the rangers closing in behind her. She quickly touched a button on her bracelet and she was teleported instantly back up the spaceship.
Draden was stood behind the teleport control desk and had in fact just operated the teleport controls for her.
"Elsa" Draden called out in concern.
Elsa had collapsed to the floor as soon as she returned.
iSlayer was on the flight deck and he looked round rather concerned.
"Get her to the medical section immediately" iSlayer said.
Draden rushed over to the teleport section, he picked Elsa up and he carried her off the flight deck to the medical section.

Loopy arrived on the flight deck a few minutes after Draden had left, of which she looked a little concerned, she'd seen Draden in the corridor on the way to the flight deck.
"What happened to Elsa?" Loopy asked.
"She was attacked on the planet Alcrone, she's in bad condition and sadly we don't have any medics aboard" iSlayer said.
"What about that Dr. Oliver on that Ringo World? Maybe he can help us" Loopy suggested.
"Good idea, Ringo World here we come" iSlayer insisted.

About an hour later they'd arrived on Ringo World and taken Elsa down to the planet but Elsa was unconscious and completely unresponsive.
Draden, Loopy and iSlayer had gone there for Dr. Oliver's help but Dr. Oliver didn't appear to know what was wrong. They had spent some time explaining what had happened.
Dr. Oliver had run some tests but when he came back after running some tests he wasn't smiling, that's when they knew that Dr. Oliver had no idea what Elsa had been infected with.
"I'm very sorry to inform you but I have no idea what this virus is that's infected her, I can find no trace of infection in her blood stream but whatever it is to make Elsa that bad it must be something quite serious" Dr. Oliver explained.
"Then we have no choice but to go back to that planet and find out who did that and force a cure out of them" Loopy insisted.
"I don't think it will be that easy, SackRacer had footage of the events and they looked like a group of rangers that shot at her, I really don't think they're going to turn round and apologise or give us the cure on a plate" Draden said.
"I'll go and I'll make them hand over a cure" Loopy insisted.
"One of us should try but whoever goes, I really fear it will be an instant death sentence for the one who is brave enough" iSlayer said.
"I'll go, I'm indestructible" Draden said.
"You never know the poison they shot Elsa with is killing her very quickly, if you go down there the poison may destroy the regeneration inside of your body and corrupt it to the point that dead will be dead. I'm not saying it will be it's still risky even for you Draden" iSlayer said.
"I'll take that risk, I'm the least likely to be killed or hurt by this so it's best that I go to the planet and try and find a cure for her" Draden insisted.
"Maybe I go with you? Elsa was a good friend of mine and I would like to see that she is safe and well at the ned of all this or at least that's what I'd like to see anyway" Dr. Oliver explained.
"Very well, you may come with us, maybe you can help us to some extent at least we'll have someone with medical knowledge" Draden said.
"Thank you, I'll do whatever I can to help" Dr. Oliver insisted.
"All right then let's get back to the planet Alcrone and see if I can get some kind of cure from those rangers. If they hunt with poison then they must surely carry an antidote" Draden figured oout.
"It would be logical just in case they shot one of their own by accident" iSlayer said.
"Right let's go" Draden said. He took out a spare teleport bracelet and passed it to Dr. Oliver.
Dr. Oliver clipped it around his wrist and once he had done they were all teleport back aboard the spaceship.
Draden ordered SackRacer to head back to the planet Alcrone at light-speed and it didn't take them long to return to the planet but like Draden had already suggested it was to be him to go for a cure but when he arrived in a city on the planet the rangers that had shot at Elsa earlier on surrounded him within moments with their guns pointed at him.

CHAPTER 2
THE ANTIDOTE
Draden remained on the spot surrounded by the rangers had attacked Elsa earlier on but they didn’t seem to make any hostile moves.
“Our boss would like a word with you” one of the rangers’ finally said.
“Sure, I’d like to speak to who is in charge” Draden replied.
The rangers lowered their weapons and led Draden into a big building. They took him up several levels in an elevator, walked down several corridors and eventually entered a very large room.
A young man was sat behind a desk in the room and he smiled when he saw Draden.
“The girl with the red hair, was she with you?” the man asked.
“Yes, she’s very sick” Draden replied.
“I’m Connor leader of these Alcronian Rangers and I have a present for your friend with the red hair” Connor introduced himself. He put a small jar on his desk and pushed it toward Draden’s side.
“Inject 10ml into your friend and she will recover on behalf of my rangers I do apologise they should have realised that your friend was human” Connor explained.
“What do you mean by human?” Draden asked.
“The other people here are Alcronians, they fight for no good reason whatever so ever, near enough trouble makers you could say and the only way to kill them is what we call the spark guns unfortunately it acts as a serious poison on a human but since we created the weapon we know how to cure it. Please accept our sincerest apologies it really was a mistake and my rangers are being punished for it” Connor explained.
“Yeah, we lose 3 months pay” one of the rangers sulked.
“Serves you right for harming a human, I did not train you this way” Connor snapped at the ranger that had spoken.
“Well thank you very much for the antidote, I really appreciate it and so will Elsa and by the way who are these Alcronians exactly didn’t you say you were the Alcronian Rangers?” Draden asked.
“We were from another planet, our planet was destroyed so we fled and this was the first planet we came to. The Alcronians made us welcome here but over time they decided that because this is their planet they should rule us, now they cause havoc and destruction. We named ourselves the Alcronian Rangers long ago when we were all allied together as friends but over time that friendship has decayed and turned into hate” Connor explained.
“When I give this to Elsa maybe we’ll see what we can do for your world so you don’t have to try shooting anyone again and maybe have the peace restored” Draden said.
“Please, I’ve caused you enough trouble as it is, I couldn’t ask anymore of you, sure it was a mistake but it nearly cost the life of an innocent and I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour. If I had other people that could do my rangers’ jobs then I’d sack the lot of them” Connor said.
The rangers that were in the room all groaned.
“Well thank you for the antidote” Draden said gratefully.
“No thanks is necessary all that is necessary is my apologies and I still haven’t apologised enough” Connor said.
“Really that’s not necessary you owned up to your mistake and took responsibility for it, you’ve done your part well” Draden said and he left.
Once Draden had left the rangers all turned to their leader Connor.
“Now you can continue with what you were supposed be doing before you harmed that innocent girl and deal with the most troublesome Alcronian lady, Spa” Connor insisted.
“Yes sir” the rangers all answered at once.
“And don’t shoot any innocents this time” Connor said.

Dr. Oliver had taken the antidote from Draden once he’d returned aboard the spaceship with it and he put it in a needle and syringe ready to inject into Elsa.
iSlayer and Loopy were stood near by to see what would happen but of course they were worried.
“How do we know this will really work and isn’t some kind of trick?” Loopy asked.
“I’m wondering the same thing myself, that guy was too apologetic and too quick to own up to his mistakes to just give us the cure but if we don’t try this then she’s not going to last much longer” Draden said.
“It’s a risk but it’s Elsa’s only chance” iSlayer explained.
“You’re right, let’s hope this works” Draden said.
Dr. Oliver injected the chemical into Elsa’s arm, of which it worked almost immediately and she regained consciousness within a few moments of the injection.
“It really does work” Draden said happily.
“I thought I was dead for sure” Elsa said. She sat up and looked around, her strength was coming back really quickly, whatever the cure was it sure worked very fast.
“I’m just glad that you’re okay” Draden said.
“Yeah, how’d you cure me?” Elsa asked.
“It seems that the Alcronian Rangers of that world shot you by mistake thinking you were an Alcronian rather than a human being, long story” Dr. Oliver said but he decided to go through the details that Draden had already gone through that spoke clearly of the conversation between Draden and Connor.
“We should go and see what we can do for that world” Elsa insisted as she got up out of the bed.
“I think it’s too dangerous, those Alcronians sure sound dangerous” Draden said.
“Well they weren’t forced to give me the cure but they did, they could have just left me so let’s see if we can do them a favour and find out the Alcronian’s side of the story” Elsa insisted. She left the room and headed for the flight deck.
“She always dives into trouble headfirst” iSlayer complained.
“I hope it’s not catching” Dr. Oliver said.
“It is, it’s very contagious” Loopy joked.

Elsa had arrived on the planet in the city where Spa had fought the woman earlier on but it was quite apart from a woman that was standing in her garden. When she saw Elsa she came out of her garden but she looked rather fierce and certainly didn’t look at though she was going to say hello to her.
“You’ve got some nerve showing your face around here human scum” the vicious woman said to her.
“How do you know I’m human, we look the same” Elsa replied.
“No we don’t, all Alcronians’ have bright pink hair except the male that have blue hair” the vicious woman said.
“So what is all the arguing about on this world between you and the Alcronian Rangers?” Elsa asked.
“Carry on talking like that and you’re going to get a smack” the vicious woman snapped at her angrily.
“I’m sorry, I only asked a question” Elsa replied apologetically.
“Yeah, well I didn’t give you permission to ask a question” the vicious woman snapped back at her.
“Since when did I need permission to ask a question?” Elsa asked.
“Since you’re a human being and I’m Alcronian and we won’t stop the war until all the humans are kneeling at our feet. We are the superior species so it’s only fitting that you humans should be ourselves. What our old leaders were thinking allying themselves you with you human scum I’ll never know” the vicious woman snapped at Elsa.
“Can’t we discuss this is a more civil manner?” Elsa asked.
“I’ll discuss this in a more civil manner, I’m going to give you a hard beating and one that you will never forget. Alcronians are ten times stronger than that of normal human beings one punch from me will be like being hit by a rock to you and here comes my first punch” the vicious woman insisted. She clenched her fist and raised her fist to smack Elsa one.

CHAPTER THREE
MANIPULATION
Elsa stood alone on the spot about the be hit by the woman but as the woman swung her fist, Elsa ducked to avoid the blow and she stepped backward. She turned to run but when she did Spa appeared behind her.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Spa questioned the woman that had attacked Elsa.
“Oh…uh…I was just be friendly…good day Spa” the vicious woman said and she quickly ran off, almost as if she was afraid of Spa.
“Thanks” Elsa said to Spa politely.
“Some of my people get a little vicious from time to time, to be quite honest I’m really disgusted with them but you can’t reason with them anymore they’re beyond that. Oh yes my name is Spatheleaf but most people just call me Spa for short. What’s your name?” Spa asked.
“I’m Elsa, pleased to meet you Spa” Elsa replied happily.
“Well you take care of yourself dear and watch out for my people as you have already gathered they’re not exactly very friendly and I wouldn’t want to see someone like you get hurt” Spa said.
“Thank you, I’ll do my best” Elsa replied politely.
“I’m glad to hear it, if you need me I’ll be around” Spa replied and she walked away or started too but then she turned back to Elsa.
“By the way if you ever come across someone by the name of Enika please tell her that I’m still searching for her, I haven’t seen her in a long time” Spa said.
“Of course” Elsa replied.
“Thanks” Spa replied and she continued on.
Elsa walked through the city until she came to a forest and she followed a pathway through the forest to a small wooden hut. When she arrived she looked around it and walked inside.
“Hello, does anyone live here” Elsa asked.
Elsa heard some noise from one of the rooms, she went to enter one of the rooms, of which another girl with pink hair was standing by the window in the room trying to open it but the hut was old and everything looked old in there and considering the window wouldn’t open it must have been jammed with it being so old.
“Come on open” the woman shouted in a panic.
“Uh…I’m not going to hurt you” Elsa called out.
The woman turned away from the window and advanced toward her.
“You’re not one of the bad guys; please forgive me I’ve been hiding out here for a very long time. I am Enika” Enika introduced herself.
“I’m Elsa I’m a visitor to this world but if you’re one of those Alcronians then how come you’re hiding?” Elsa asked.
“They changed and went crazy, we had two benevolent leaders that were really wonderful but then, one of them died and the other was killed. After that a new ruler was picked and over time she became manipulated by her evil boyfriend that slowly convinced her that humans were no good and now they’re trying to take over the humans” Enika explained.
“You’re again it so you ran away?” Elsa asked.
“Yeah, I thought Spa would help but she didn’t, she went to side with the bad guys after the meeting. I was all alone so I ran” Enika explained.
“But Spa is looking for you, she’s worried about you and you’re mistaken. Spa protected me from your people that were going to attack me” Elsa said.
“Then…Spa must have tried to reason with them and failed, I just saw her approach our new leader and assumed the very worst, I guess I jumped to conclusions” Enika said.
“We’re all human, sometimes we see things that we only want to see and jump to conclusions because of that but it’s what makes us individuals and humans and even other alien beings are also have human emotions and feelings” Elsa explained.
“You’re right, everyone is entitled to their own mistakes” Enika said.

Back in the city main of the Alcronians had gathered together with the vicious woman leading them that had attacked Elsa.
“There is a human gone to the forest that Spa was defending, we should go after her and kill her. We’ll rule the humans of this world and those that defy us will be punished” the vicious woman called out.
“Yeah” the Alcronians all cried out at once.
The vicious woman was about to lead the group to the forest when the Alcronian Rangers rushed into the square with their guns pointed toward the Alcronians. This time Connor was with them and he advanced toward the Alcronians.
“Looks like we got you all fair and square this time, what’s it going to be are you going to surrender or would you prefer to be destroyed?” Connor asked.
“Surrender to the likes of you no way, you humans are inferior and pathetic” the vicious woman insisted.
Spa stepped up near to the Alcronian Rangers but the Alcronian Rangers never sensed her presence.
“Is that why these humans have a weapon that can easily destroy us, it is us that are inferior by trying to rule them do not you realise that? The stronger ones care about life and try to preserve life at all cost it is the inferior ones who try to rule the roost” Spa explained.
“You traitor” the vicious woman snapped angrily at Spa.
“Traitor I just happen to stand up for what is right even if it be against all my people I will not tolerate you treating other people like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves trying to bully the humans into doing your bidding” Spa insisted.
“What have we done?” one of the Alcronian’s asked.
“This is not what we were meant for, when Allonex ruled us she declared peace between us and you have destroyed that peace. Allonex was a well respected and well loved member of our tribe even though none of you seem to have remembered that” Spa said.
“She’s right” another Alcronian said.
“I will not tolerate this, we have been taught that humans are inferior I shall destroy them” the vicious woman insisted and she charged toward the rangers.
One of the rangers fired the spark gun at her, of which the woman exploded as the spark hit her.
“Anyone else want a go?” Connor asked them.
The Alcronian people shook their heads.
“Good then we’re settled” Spa said.
“And you have a new leader, Spa will be your leader she knows how, she knows the way” Connor insisted.
Elsa and Enika returned from the forest before the conversation went any further.
“And you will all be punished for planning to ambush Elsa” Spa insisted.
“They were going to ambush me?” Elsa asked.
“Yes but we stopped them and peace is restored, we have you to thank for that Elsa since they came together to ambush you” Connor said.
“And they will be punished for that” Spa insisted.
“Oh no, the ambush never went ahead you should forgive them and forget they ever planned it” Elsa insisted.
“You’re joking right?” Spa asked.
“No I’m not” Elsa replied.
“Very well” Spa moaned.
“It was very nice meeting you Elsa and very nice to have you hear on this planet. I wish you a safe journey” Connor said.
“Thanks I must go now” Elsa said.
“Take care Elsa and may the forces of good protect you” Spa wished her.
Elsa turned and headed away from the main population to return to her spaceship.
Enika rushed up to Spa.
“Spa” Enika said.
“Enika it’s been such a long time I’ve been worried” Spa said happily.
Once Elsa had gotten to a place where no one was around she requested teleport and disappeared with a pink flash of light.
