Disabled Thanks

Okay I don't know whether anyone noticed because it is really buggy but in the admin panel there is an option for reputation system and a thanks button however the thanks button if it does actually appear, appears in a foreign language and only seems to thank the topic rather than the actual post.
I have tested this out and decided myself that it's rather pointless with the way it works if anyone still wants this activated then let me know and if you really want this active I'll reactivate it again but I don't think it's really much good so for now I've deactivated it

Yeah it was really weird the thanks system a rep system would work better but then people might get upset with negative rep
